Absolutely! If some people in your group prefer SCROOSERS and others want eBikes, we'll arrange it for you. Just let us know in advance.
The maximum rider weight is 130 kg.
We recommend tours for riders 15+ years old.
Younger riders (ages 12–14) may join only if:

We recommend wearing a sport bra or activewear for maximum comfort, especially on warm days or during longer rides. Comfort first!
Yes, we strongly recommend it. Helmets are provided for free and disinfected after each use.
Wear comfortable shoes. Sunglasses are great in summer. In colder months, we provide gloves.
- In case of heavy rain, snow, or icy conditions, we may cancel the tour and you'll receive a 100% refund.
- If there's only light rain, the tour goes on—we'll provide free rain ponchos to keep you dry!
- The final decision is made shortly before the tour starts, as Prague's weather can change quickly. Need to check in with us? Just reach out—we're happy to help!

Yes, you can safely store your bags at our office before or after the tour.
We don't offer private bookings online, but if you're interested, contact us and we'll send you our options and price.
No – we only offer guided tours to ensure safety, legality, and the best experience through Prague's historical center.
Our standard group size is up to 8 people per guide. For larger groups, teambuilding or corporate events, we can provide more guides and vehicles – we have over 30 SCROOSERS, e-scooters, and e-bikes.
